Candidature Spontanée is a HOME SERVICE brand.

Contact: contact form or by post to the registered office.

1. Marketing and email services

HOME SERVICE is a digital marketing agency offering tools for preparing and sending email messages under the Candidature Spontanée brand. On this website, candidates can prepare a CV, select companies and personalise an application email.

The service covers preparation tools, targeting and the technical transmission of messages approved by the customer. A company appearing in the results does not mean it is hiring. The service makes no commitment to obtaining a reply, interview, job or commercial result.

2. Account and website use

Users provide accurate information, use an email address they control and protect access to their account. They must have legal capacity to enter into a contract or act with their legal representative’s authorisation where required.

Creating, customising and downloading the website’s CV templates, and uploading a PDF CV, are free. Paid features are identified before any order. A simulation is neither a purchase nor an actual email delivery.

3. Finding and choosing companies

Choisissez vos villes et vos activités, puis réglez le rayon. La recherche gratuite affiche le nombre estimé d’entreprises. Choisissez le nombre d’envois pour voir le prix. Les noms et adresses sont récupérés uniquement après confirmation du paiement.

The count is an estimate: areas may overlap and directory information may change. After purchase, duplicates, exclusions and sending permissions are checked. If the available recipients cannot fulfil the whole order, no emails are sent and the payment is fully refunded.

Pricing, payment and invoices

The displayed price is 0,05 € incl. VAT per email, including 20% VAT. The total is the number of recipients multiplied by the price per email, with a €1 minimum including VAT for a non-empty order. The net amount and VAT appear in the summary.

The price covers all companies found. To reduce the total, decrease the radius or refine your criteria, then search again. Names and addresses are retrieved after payment is confirmed. The minimum order is €1 including VAT. Each campaign is a single Stripe payment, with no subscription or automatic renewal.

An invoice issued by HOME SERVICE is available under “My account → My invoices” after payment confirmation. A full refund results in a credit note. No extra charge that was not disclosed and accepted before payment is added to the confirmed amount.

4. Confirming an order

The customer checks the search criteria, number of emails, CV, subject and message. Before ordering, they authorise sending to companies matching the search. Searching or moving to the next step does not incur a payment.

Before a paid order, the summary states the search criteria, number of emails, total price, execution time and applicable terms. The order is formed when the customer confirms the obligation to pay and payment is confirmed. The customer receives confirmation and a retainable copy of the terms. No paid orders are offered while sales are closed.

5. Email transmission

Emails are sent progressively within the timeframe announced at checkout, after payment and delivery conditions have been checked. Tracking distinguishes, in particular, queued messages, transmission to the email provider, delivery to the recipient server and possible failures.

Acceptance by the email provider does not prove arrival in the main inbox or that a message was read. Spam filters, recipient servers and their settings may affect receipt. HOME SERVICE remains responsible for its own obligations; these constraints do not remove customers’ rights where a service is not performed or is defective.

A message already transmitted cannot be recalled by the platform. Customer support reviews requests about queued emails and incidents.

6. Content and respect for recipients

Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of their CV and information they provide. They must not impersonate anyone, send unlawful, discriminatory or malicious content, infringe others’ rights or misuse the service for abusive sending.

Messages must be relevant to the chosen companies. Information duties, consent where required, and the right to object remain applicable according to the nature of the message and recipient. Publishing an address online does not authorise every use of it.

Every application sent by the platform includes a way to object to future deliveries. Registered exclusions are respected for future emails. HOME SERVICE may suspend a campaign in the event of abuse, a complaint or a security risk and informs the customer of the reason where possible.

7. Consumer right of withdrawal

For a service purchased remotely, consumers generally have fourteen days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. They may use a clear statement, the model below or the online withdrawal feature that must be available when sales open.

Starting performance before this period ends requires the customer’s express request. Accepting the general terms alone is not such a request. If customers withdraw after expressly requesting an early start, only an amount proportionate to the service actually provided may be payable under the applicable law.

Losing the right of withdrawal for a fully performed service requires the customer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement of that loss once performance is complete. These terms do not provide for any general or automatic waiver. Refundable amounts are returned within the statutory period, generally fourteen days after withdrawal is notified, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

8. Incidents and complaints

To report a problem, customers provide the order reference and describe the issue to customer support. HOME SERVICE reviews the request using tracking information and seeks an appropriate solution: correction, repeat performance where possible, or reimbursement of the unperformed part according to the situation and applicable rights.

A company’s lack of response does not, by itself, establish a delivery failure. Equally, describing the service as marketing does not exclude HOME SERVICE’s liability or mandatory consumer guarantees and remedies.

9. Personal data and documents

HOME SERVICE processes account data, CVs, messages, billing information and technical tracking to provide the service, secure its operation and meet its obligations. CVs are not published in the directory; approved documents are sent to the recipients selected in the order.

Stripe processes payments. Company data comes from Scrap.io and emails are transmitted by the platform’s email provider. The website does not store card numbers.

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability with HOME SERVICE. They may also complain to the CNIL. Deleting an account does not delete accounting records that must be retained by law. Further details appear in the privacy information.

10. Intellectual property and account closure

Customers retain rights to the content they provide. They authorise only the operations needed to prepare and transmit their campaign. The website’s graphics, software and trademarks remain protected; using the service does not transfer ownership.

Customers may request account closure from their workspace. Closure does not remove either party’s rights and obligations arising from a previous order. Abuse may lead to a proportionate restriction of access, subject to customers’ rights.

11. Applicable law and changes to the terms

These terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply. If no amicable solution is reached, jurisdiction is determined by the applicable legal rules; no exclusive jurisdiction is imposed on consumers.

Changes apply prospectively. The version accepted for an order remains applicable to that order. Sales provisions remain a preparatory version until the information and processes required for commercial operation are finalised.

Complaints and consumer mediation

First send a written complaint to HOME SERVICE using the contact details above, identifying the relevant order. If the dispute remains unresolved, consumers may refer it free of charge to the competent mediator, subject to statutory admissibility conditions, without giving up the right to go to court.

The contact details of the mediator appointed by HOME SERVICE will be added before sales open. No membership of a mediation body is announced at this stage.
